Refund Policy

At Timetless, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we're committed to making the refund process as smooth as possible.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products and downloads
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@bookmillep.myshopify.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank
