At Timetless, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care items
- Sale or clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@bookmillep.myshopify.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
